COMMUNITY AND SUPPORt FOR A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS

The Atlantic Fellows program is built on the idea that achieving fairer, healthier, more inclusive societies requires leaders with diverse perspectives to collaborate on solutions and learn from one another.

The Atlantic Institute connects the seven Atlantic Fellows programs, building a global community of courageous leaders who address systemic causes of inequity.

The Atlantic Institute is housed at the Rhodes Trust in Oxford.

accelerating the eradication of inequities for fairer, healthier, more inclusive societies

The Atlantic Institute provides Fellows and staff with the networks, architecture and resources to connect, learn and act to address the systemic underlying causes of inequity, locally and globally.

One highlight is the annual Global Convening when newly graduated Senior Fellows from all seven programs come together for four days of connection, collaboration, and learning in Oxford, UK.
