Seven Programs. One Common Purpose: Equity.

While each of the seven Atlantic Fellows programs is distinct and grounded in its local context, they share a common purpose of advancing fairer, healthier, more inclusive societies. All programs start with a core fellowship experience, bringing together a cohort of 20 to 30 emerging leaders. Fellows come from all walks of life with diverse perspectives. They are united by a passion, determination and vision to realize a more just world.

Forging a Global Community for Equity

As fellows graduate from their program, they become senior fellows and join the lifelong global community. The Atlantic Institute amplifies the impact of the Atlantic Fellows by providing opportunities and resources to connect, learn and collaborate for social change over the long haul.
